Crossroads Mixed-Use and Crossroads North are individually branded land development sites adjacent to one another at the intersection of U.S. Highway 24, Meadowbrook Parkway, CO Highway 94 and Marksheffel Road. Both developments, comprising 95 acres, maintain consistent cross-branding to increase the overall scale of this future retail concentration, which features convenient access and excellent visibility.

Crossroads Mixed-Use includes 29-acres and will be anchored by 300+ units of garden-style apartments developed by Trinsic Residential Group. It is also planned for multiple quick-serve restaurants, a national drug store, drive-thru Starbucks coffee, full-serve restaurants and other general retail uses.

The Crossroads North concept plan targets Big-Box Retailers including home improvement, showroom furniture, sporting goods, membership fitness, service retailers and other e-commerce resistant retail.

The Crossroads North Development will be adjacent to a future 20-acre sports park – Crossroads Sports Park – offering a year-round destination for community connection.
