Reagan Ranch will be developed within the Colorado Springs City limits generally located at the intersection of State Highway 94 and Marksheffel Road. The site is bordered by State Highway 94 to the north; Space Village Ave and vacant land to the east; Marksheffel Road and Peterson Space Force Base to the west; and vacant land to the south. The site is currently part of the Banning Lewis Ranch Master Plan. 

 

Marksheffel Road is the north/south transportation corridor accessing several large residential developments in eastern Colorado Springs.
